You may be involved in multiple areas
Developer
Developers own the codebase. Beyond implementing specs, they collaborate to refine scope, push back on inefficient or overbuilt designs, and problem-solve technical constraints. Ultimately, they prioritize speed, clarity, and stability.
Designer
Designers ensure a product is usable, clear, and visually compelling. They build design systems, make strategic layout decisions, and collaborate closely with developers to ensure their designs translate seamlessly into code.
Product Manager
PMs define the project vision and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve it. They maintain focus, hold strong opinions while empowering others, and resolve misunderstandings or make decisive calls to keep the project moving.
Marketer
Marketers connect the product with its audience. They shape the brand voice, craft compelling messaging, and drive engagement through targeted landing pages, social media, and data-driven user surveys to continuously refine what works.

A rigourous course led by DevX board members to prepare you for working on real world projects.

Enormous Activities Fair (EAF)
Come find our booth at the Enormous Activities Fair! Meet current members, learn more about what we do at DevX, and ask any questions you have.
Applications Open
Our application officially opens! This is your chance to become part of the team that makes up DevX.
Info Session
Come to our info session to learn about our various roles, project teams, and application process. End the session with networking time with both current and prospective DevX members!
Applications Due
Tell us about your interests and how you think you can contribute to DevX. Submit your application along with your resume and portfolio (if applicable).
Coffee Chats
Invite only, in person. Let us get to know you better! If your application is a match, we will invite you to a casual 1-on-1 chat in person with a DevX member.
Final Interview
Invite only. Conducted online or in person depending on PM/board member preference. If your skills are a good match, you'll be invited to final round interviews with team PMs.
